Centerra have just released their plans for the Garden Court Homes in Mueller’s Section 7C2 on Zach Scott and Moreno streets, just down the street from the new John Gaines pool under construction. With only six for sale, such is the way of the market that we know one is already spoken for.
Here are some particulars of the three different styles of of Centerra’s new homes at Mueller.

Each is two story and detached and they are clustered around a common area with their own private outdoor spaces. This style of home hasn’t been built since Muskin and Saldana built the first two garden courts many years ago. Muskin are also building six garden homes here – each is around 2000 sqft, $625,000 and have a similar 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooom layout.
The Piedmont Garden Court Home
This is the largest at 2737 square feet, with different outdoor living options – the porch, a patio to the side and an elevated balcony. With three bedrooms and a den upstairs, there is plenty of living space downstairs, with long sight lines and an open feel. Completed with a single garage abreast a car port, this home is listed at $749,990.
The Continental Garden Court Home
At 2037 square feet, this home is the only one of the new garden court homes with a double garage. It also has a balcony of the master bedroom, two other bedrooms and a utility desk space upstairs. These two homes are listed at $649,990.
The Braniff Garden Court Home
At $50,000 less than the Continental, this home is just 122 square foot smaller, but retains the common theme of three bedrooms upstairs and a balcony. What this home does have is that all important extra outdoor living space – a square patio to the side of the home. These two homes are listed at $599,990.
These homes are due to be ready by September per Centerra’s site. In my opinion this is quite optimistic for a new home style that has not been built in the neighborhood before.
