Lately I’ve been getting an increasing number of calls and emails from people wanting to know more about the Mueller Shop Houses. There’s a paucity of information about them, so I put a call into the builder, Homes By Avi, to see what the latest news is. Steve Bible had the following updates:
Hopefully in the update, I’ll include:
- details of sizes – both commercial and residential space
- number of floor plans available
- whether or not the building could be owned by one person, and the commercial space leased out to another – that’s a popular question
- the type of financing required to buy one
- approximate start dates for construction
- pricing
- number of stories
- when they might go on sale
