David Weekley announced that plans should be available for their new homes at Mueller hopefully later this month. They anticipate Garden Homes from the 260s and yard homes from the 330s. This is great news for people looking to move in around the end of this year or early 2013. I’ll have more details on the site as soon as they become available.

My personal take is that there will be maybe one yard home at $339,000 (to validate the above statement) but that most will start 10% higher. The same with the Garden Homes. If demand on my website is anything to go by, the under $350,000 homes will be in very high demand. My advice is to go in ready and pre-approved (with Dollitta at Priority Home Mortgage – David Weekley’s preferred lender) if you’re serious. Oh, and get a buyer’s agent – such as myself or Scott (at no cost to you). Then the agent can register you to get an appointment to see the homes.
