David Weekley have released their partial lot plan of Section 9B, detailing three of the lots that are still available to build their new detached homes – 4612 Kocurek, and 4715 & 4717 Herzog.
You can build one of their 37′ lot floorplans on these, and they also have four more home sites on McBee Street. (Garreth likes McBee Street – he bought his latest Mueller home there!)
For example, 4612 Kocurek Street will be the Bellarmine Plan, ready just before December 2017.
In our experience, the target completion dates for this builder are usually pretty accurate (except in the case of extreme flooding during the site preparation stage – when all bets were off). Although the new home sale contract absolves the builder of any responsibility to deliver a home when they say they will, our experience in the last 10 years has been pretty positive – more so than some of the other builders at Mueller.
What we like about the Bellarmine is the upstairs options. If you don’t opt for the fourth bedroom, you have a spacious retreat which opens onto a generous balcony. That gives you a separate space to entertain or relax as the downstairs has the typical open plan living-dining-kitchen area.
