When is Section III of Mueller coming? Or Phase III? The quick answer to this is that Phase I and II became Section 4 and part of Section 5. The next development is still part of the neighborhood called Section 5.
This reflects the legal name for the subdivision which you can check at the Travis County Appraisal District. So in the case of an older home on Camacho Street, you can see Section 4, whereas on Hermalinda, you can see Section 5.
The boundary of the two sections is shown on the Mueller Lot map on the developer’s site, which also shows the next phase of development.
