There’s going to be an open house at Mueller Austin, TX tomorrow Saturday from noon to 3p. Not news in and of itself, you might think – Realtors love holding open houses on sunny days by popular parks and during other events. How is this one different?
This one is put on by the master developer, Catellus. So it’s actually based in Mueller Central. It’s a chance to learn about all of the different housing styles at Mueller:
- Row homes
- Yard homes
- Garden court homes
- Low-rise condos
- Mueller House condos
- Garden homes
- Affordable homes (row, garden, apartment and yard homes)
- Apartments
- Senior affordable apartments
- Custom homes
Mueller Central will be open from noon to three pm on Saturday 2nd April 2011 for you to find out more, and the Standard Pacific and David Weekley model homes will be open too. There is still availability in the affordable program and there are waiting lists to join for the next market rate homes.
In addition, the administrator of the affordable program here will be on hand to answer any questions about the shared equity appreciation model.
If you’re thinking of selling your home at Mueller, you should probably think about holding an open house at around the same time, or at least put up a “coming soon” sign to take advantage of the event and the traffic.
