The Mueller House Condominiums are rising from the ground over on Simond Avenue. The two-story buildings each house four condos – two in the affordable program (Units A and C) and two market rate homes (Units B and D).
Unit B has all two bedrooms and all the living space on the second story, and is a little over 2000 sqft. Unit B has four bedrooms on two stories and is over 2300 sqft. There are several different elevations for the first buildings, and each gives a slightly different floorplan and size.
