So Thursday will see HGTV filming for a new series coming on line later in 2012. The producers like the look of several of my listings, which is great news for both the sellers and also my stager and photographers. I have one garden court home on the market and one yard home, and they have been selected. The producers are remaining tight lipped at this stage, but both are considered “dream homes”.
