It will be the second quarter of 2013 before America sees the first Boneheads restaurant at Mueller – part of the the market district – the area at 51st and Berkman anchored by the new HEB. While it is not confirmed that it will be at the market district, my personal opinion is that it is unlikely to be in the Town Center due to the anticipated timeline.
Boneheads will feature entrees for around $10 such as mahi-mahi, grilled zucchini and salsa. The roughly 2000-2500sqft store will have outdoor seating, which will be practical for at least half the year, maybe more if the shade profile supports it.
