- Mueller HEB – July 2013 (was June 21st)
- Berkman Drive – 1st week of May 2013
- Residence Inn – August 2013
- New restaurant tenants – July 2013
- Austin Children’s Museum – December 2013
- Elements at Mueller – August 2013 – they’re taking applications now
- Dell Children’s Hospital third tower – 3rd May 2013 – open house from 10-12:30
