had six clients buy new David Weekley Garden Homes last year, and I’m excited that there will be more of the zero-lot line detached houses being released this year in Phase 6. One of my clients used to be a mail man, and used to bemoan the fact that the addressing system was confusing to delivery drivers and visitors alike. This is convenient. Now as you look out from the three Muskin attached town homes on the other side of Threadgill, you can discern which row of homes contains the one you’re looking for. There is one Muskin town home left available – the two end units are sold and all three should be complete this summer.

The other exciting news is that you don’t have to wait for the next phase if you want a garden home – there’s a resale Bergstrom floor plan coming available on Friday.
