Halloween at Mueller is fantastic – the combination of dense housing and well lit streets make it a top East Austin destination for trick or treating. One resident said they had an estimated 400 visitors during Halloween night 2010, and they are getting excited for this years’ turnout. It’s a walkable neighborhood when the weather is right, and there are now more than 700 homes here and there is no shortage of young children living here. It all adds up to the perfect storm of candy and costumes.
We also house the Austin Children’s Shelter in the development, and I thought this would be a great opportunity to donate to them.
