Mueller New Construction Updates

There is definitely a lot of new construction going on around Mueller today. The information on various websites is fragmented and often out of date. Here’s a quick Mueller new construction update in which we pull together all of the latest home information.

In this article, we would like to cover the Section 7 and Section 9 of Mueller.

Mueller New Construction

Section 7 is nearly complete. There are only a few more yard homes to be finished by CalAtlantic and some row homes by Homes by Avi. CalAtlantic Homes have given information about the homes that will be available in Section 7. The homes they are building have 3 to 4 beds, 3 to 3-and-a-half baths, 2 stories with 3 story townhomes, and area sizes ranging from 2,195 to about 2,258 square feet. Prices starting at $612,940 all the way up to $635,375.

Next to it is Section 9A where homes will be completed by the end of the year. There will be yard, row, affordable and detached homes available here in Section 9A. To name some builders, these homes will be built by Centerra, David Weekley, Wes Peoples, and Muskin Company and CalAtlantic.

CalAtlantic Homes are building 37’s Yard Homes here in Section 9. These homes are 2 story, with three beds (3 units with optional 4th bedroom), two-and-a-half baths, and a two-car garage. These homes have 2,170 square feet up to 2,248 square feet of living space and prices range from $555,990 to $568,990.

Last but not least on our list here will be Section 9B. Construction will be starting here as soon as the land gets released to the builders. David Weekley are already selling their yard homes – give us a call if you want to know more about their floor plans and pricing.
