If you have never visited Mueller before, it may pay to set your expectations as to how big a yard you can actually get. The largest lots in the neighborhood thus far have been 10100sqft with the second largest being 6682sqft. These are quarter of an acre and 0.15 acres respectively. These are not the norm – the median is less than 0.09acres. So you may get a yard, but it will not typically be expansive.
All the yard homes have alley access with rear facing garages (two car), so the largest lots are either on the corner of two streets, or face the entrance and exit thoroughfares which connect the alleys with the streets.
The firs parts of the development were very heavily focused on yard homes with three different lot widths- 35′, 45′ and 55′ approximately. Subsequent homes included row homes and garden (court) homes. Aside from the custom homes, most of the new yard home lots, including those in section 6 are on the smaller lots.
