We represent you in the purchase of the new home at Mueller, and we sell your existing home in Austin. We coordinate the timing of the move and we take care of all of the details – all you need to do is pick out the colors and finishes of your new home and we’ll do the rest.

As your buyer’s agent, we have a fiduciary duty to you, and we

  • advise on all aspects of the home building process
  • tell you which third party inspectors we use and why

  • coordinate the timing of your old home sale with the new construction and adjust when the schedule changes
  • help you prepare and stage your home to get the best price and terms
  • market your existing home and negotiate the offer that’s best for you
  • don’t charge you our listing marketing fee (since we’ve been paid by the builder)
