This page gives a list of all of the Mueller homes for sale on the Austin Multiple Listing System (MLS), and includes homes that are currently “A” available, but does not show homes under contract “P” Pending that aren’t taking contracts. It also shows “AC” Active contingent to the sale of another home, and “PB” Pending taking Backup offers.

One thing that some clients have found useful is to sign up to be notified when homes matching their searches become available. This is obviously useful for buyers, but also for sellers. As a seller starts to watch the market, you can become more comfortable with the pace and price of local home sales.

This list of homes for sale includes all home styles – single family, condos, row homes and other home styles unique to Mueller. You can use the navigation at the top to filter your search, or you can select new search criteria to find the ideal home. Don’t forget that not all homes make it onto the above list – some sell before they ever get in the MLS.
Most new homes don’t make it to the listing system, neither do many resale homes in the current sellers’ market of Mueller Austin, TX.
I find that since many of the homes in Mueller don’t make it onto the multiple listing system, many people who sign up for our email alerts on the top right are happy to be told when a home is about to become available.

The average list price for all market rate homes at Mueller since the last update is $552,388. The median list price is now at $529,000 and the average list price per square foot is $257;.48/sq ft. The highest list was priced $1,185,000 and the lowest market rate home was at $318,125.

The average list price for all market rate homes at Mueller in the last 12 months is $544,391. The median list price for the same homes was $515,880 and the average list price per square foot was just over $246/sqft. Always treat the average with suspicion – small homes have a higher cost per unit area!
The highest list price was just over $1m and the lowest market rate home was $295,000.
