My policy is to return messages as soon as I am able. Another thing that I firmly believe in is letting you know if I am the right person to help. The other side of that coin is that if I’m not the best person for the job, I’ll let you know. I have a great network of agents and real estate professionals who are able to help you if they are the specialist that you need, and I’m happy to pass along their details.

I believe in specialization – there are certain Austin housing markets that I am extremely well versed in, and I give the best service in.

I typically answer the phone between 9a and 5:30p if I’m not with a client on Monday to Friday. Evenings are by appointment only. Saturday is one of my busiest days, so I work by appointment on Saturday. I also have other agents who help with questions and inquiries on Sunday and at other times.
