More apartments have been announced as part of Mueller’s Town Center today, with the first move-ins expected in Q3 2014. AMLI are going to take on the project – they already own six properties with 1500 apartments in Austin – over 8% of the apartments they own in the US.

So in addition to Simmons Vedder’s two Mosaic buildings which have 443 units built and another 301 units coming in 2013, this will push the available apartment space to 1023, with 200 more in the senior affordable development – the Wildflower Terrace.
